Synthetic Spiral Belts
Synthetic spiral belts can be used for dewatering and drying, but also for transport in many industries. A synthetic (polyester) spiral belt is also called endless or seamless spiral mesh belt or belt filter and offers many possibilities in the field of dewatering, filtration / separation, drying and transport. A long experience in industrial fabrics and a constant focus on ecology have resulted in the development of a wide range of spiral belts for mechanical (sludge) dewatering from liquid to solid. Spirofil mainly uses this type of belt in a belt filter press and dewatering table or belt thickener.
Spirofil can supply the right spiral belt for every application. Most applications can be covered with the standard program. We supply 3 different standard types, both with and without filler wires. In specific cases, a belt can be developed with customized properties that are optimal for that situation. Special designs are for example belts with flat spiral wires or flat filler wires. A spiral wire can also be provided with carrier strips.
